Emergencies: the Compliance Helpline is not an emergency service. Report imminent threats to personal safety or life to your local police, fire, or emergency services and then inform the relevant function when it is safe to do so.

Counseling and Support: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is confidential service, provided by ComPsych® Corporation, offering counselling, legal and financial consultation, and crisis intervention services to employees and their dependents free of charge.

The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is avaiklable 24/7, anywhere in the world. No matter the issue, you’ll have direct access to trained professionals who can listen, guide, and connect you with the right help.

Employee Interpersonal Conflicts:Syngenta encourages employees to address internal conflicts or anything that can make you or others uncomfortable early through direct and respectful feedback. Most of the issues can be addressed by approaching the colleague. Honest feedback creates trust, resolve issues faster and avoids escalation. If you are uncomfortable doing so, you can seek help from your Human Resources Business Partner, line manager, or Ethics Champions. Of course, if you prefer, you can also seek support directly from the Compliance team or through the Compliance Helpline.
